These Terms of Service, together with the subscription terms in Section 4, constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) that governs your use of the Worthia mobile application (the “App”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
Worthia is a read-only informational tool for tracking the value of public cryptocurrency wallet addresses you choose to add. It does not custody assets and cannot send, spend, swap, or otherwise transact with your funds. It never requests private keys or seed phrases.
Worthia provides balance and price information for your convenience only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Prices and balances are sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for the addresses and information you add. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
Worthia Pro unlocks premium features. It is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions and an optional one-time purchase:
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt the service, access it through automated or abusive means, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Blockchain and price data are provided by third parties (including Alchemy, DeBank, CoinGecko, and blockchain.info). We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Worthia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your reliance on information shown in the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
